What is Fimple?

Fimple embodies the philosophy of Fitness Simplified. It’s more than a service—it’s a commitment to breaking down barriers between you and your fitness goals. Founded by Dr. Jawad Tajaldeen, CPT, PT, DPT, BRM, Fimple provides direct, personalized solutions that empower you to take control of your health and wellness. By eliminating unnecessary intermediaries like insurance or administrative hurdles, Fimple focuses entirely on what matters: helping you recover, perform, and thrive.

What services do you offer?

In-Person Training:

Rehabilitation: Focused sessions to recover from injuries, reduce pain, and improve daily function or activities of daily living (ADLs).

Performance: The perfect next step after injury recovery. These sessions help you transition back to the activities you love or pursue new fitness aspirations.

I Got You Solution: A fully personalized, dynamic exercise program that evolves with your feedback. This program adapts weekly based on your progress and goals, ensuring every workout aligns with your unique needs.

How much do your services cost, and how can I pay?

Pricing varies depending on the service. Fimple operates as a cash-pay service, meaning we don’t accept insurance. However, we can provide a superbill upon request after payment for services.

*A superbill is a detailed receipt of the services you received, including necessary diagnostic and procedural codes. You can submit it to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, but keep in mind:

The superbill is applicable only if you are qualified for rehabilitation services.

Performance training is not a covered service by most insurance plans.

The superbill is provided after you’ve paid for services.

Insurance companies reimburse you, the client—not the provider.

Only certain insurance plans may offer reimbursement, and reimbursement is not guaranteed.

It’s your responsibility to file the superbill with your insurer and follow up as needed.

Payments can be made directly via our website or in person.

How do I book a session?

You can schedule your sessions directly through the booking calendar on our website.

Do I need to be a gym member to work with you?

No. If you use or purchase my services, you’ll have access to the gym, but only during our scheduled sessions. The gym is semi-private, meaning training equipment is reserved for use only when we are working together. However, other amenities are available to the community and clients outside of training sessions. View the facility here!
